Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every order you place with Urban Bread Co (“we,” “us”), a bakery in Thornton, Colorado, through urbanbreadco.com, by phone, by text or at a pop-up. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

• Every loaf is baked fresh to order in small batches.
• Your order is confirmed once it is paid. Prices are shown before you pay and on your invoice.
• Bread Club boxes are one-time purchases. They are not a subscription, and we never charge you automatically. You pay for each box when you order it.

All sales are final

Because we bake each order fresh for you, all sales are final. We can’t offer refunds or cancellations once an order is paid.

If something is wrong with your order

If you receive the wrong item, or your bread arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. Text or call 720-266-8231 or email order@urbanbreadco.com with your name, order details and a photo. We’ll replace the item or give you store credit.

Pickup and delivery

• Pickup is in Thornton, CO. We’ll send pickup details with your order.
• Local delivery in the Denver metro area is a flat $12 per order or box.
• Please be available at the time you choose. If you miss a pickup or delivery, contact us and we’ll try to arrange another time. Missed orders aren’t refunded.

Discounts and game prizes

Discount codes, including prizes from our website game, can be used once, have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for money.

Allergens

Our kitchen uses wheat, eggs, dairy, peanuts and tree nuts. We can’t guarantee that any item is free of allergens. If you have a food allergy, contact us before ordering.

Emails and texts

We only send marketing emails or texts if you check the box to receive them. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text. Order updates about a purchase you made may still be sent. See our Privacy Policy.

Changes and contact
