Urban Bread Co ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit urbanbreadco.com, place an order, join Bread Club, or contact us, and how we use it.
When you order on this site, our order system keeps a record on our own web server of your name, email, phone number, delivery address (for deliveries), what you ordered, the order total, the date, and the internet (IP) address the order came from. We use it to check whether your invoice has been paid, add stamps to your Bread Passport, give your free mini loaf when you reach 10 countries, remove stamps if an order is refunded, and prevent misuse such as repeated checkout attempts.
Your browser keeps a random Bread Passport number (it does not contain your name or email) so your stamps appear when you come back. To open your passport on another phone or computer, we email you a one-time link that works for 30 minutes.
When you win a game discount, we create a one-time code and note the internet address it was issued to, so codes can't be collected in bulk. If you tick the box to join Urban Bread Co Rewards, we save your name, email, phone number (if you give one) and the consent wording you agreed to, and add you to our customer list. You can opt out at any time: reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us.
To ask for a copy of your information or to have it deleted, contact us. Deleting it also deletes your Bread Passport stamps.
We use your information to fulfill orders, communicate about deliveries or events, respond to inquiries, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use trusted third-party services to power parts of this site, including order forms and payment processing (LeadConnector/GoHighLevel) and embedded video (YouTube). These providers may collect information according to their own privacy policies.
We use minimal local storage and cookies to remember your cart, game progress, contact details for faster checkout, and your Bread Passport number on this device. You can clear these at any time through your browser settings.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email we send.
Our site and services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
