Bread that was
never supposed to exist.

Urban Bread Co started with a simple question: why does artisan bread have to look and taste like every other artisan bread? The flavors we grew up on — the bold, the unexpected, the soulful — weren’t showing up in any bakery we walked into.

So we started making them ourselves. A kitchen, a vision, and a refusal to be ordinary. What began as experiments became 82+ recipes, each one with a name, a story, and a reason for existing.

Hip hop taught us that culture shapes everything. The beats, the bars, the attitude. Urban Bread Co brings that same energy to bread — every loaf is made with intention, creativity, and respect for the craft.

Start with the concept

Every loaf starts with an idea — a flavor pairing, a cultural reference, a name that deserves a bread. We build the recipe from there.

Source the right ingredients

No shortcuts. We find the best version of every ingredient. The flour, the add-ins, the toppings — all chosen deliberately.

Mix, rest, develop

Good bread takes time. We don’t rush the fermentation, the proofing, or the development. The dough tells us when it’s ready.

Bake to order

Your loaf is baked fresh when you order it. No sitting in a case for three days. You get it at its best.

Deliver & repeat

Pickup or delivery in the Denver metro area. Then we go back to the kitchen and start on the next one.
